RetroEpic Software CC is a game development studio based in Cape Town, South Africa. The studio was founded in 2007 by Keith and Niki Boshoff and quickly expanded to a core team of five dedicated developers.
In 2011 RetroEpic produced and released A Day in the Woods, its first commercial PC title. The recognition gained from their title secured new opportunities for the team to work with key partners to produce a variety of applications and games for internationally recognized brands.
In 2015 RetroEpic joined forces with fellow local game development studio, Every.Single.Soldier, to develop a number of games including Afghanistan '11 (sequel to Vietnam '65) and Carrier Deck.
