Justin Zuckerman is a producer at Reason. He graduated from Florida State University with a BFA in Film Production. As an independent filmmaker, Justin's directorial debut, Yelling Fire in an Empty Theater, premiered in competition at the Slamdance Film Festival. The film was made on a shoestring budget and shot on old MiniDV camcorders. Praised by critics and audiences, the film won the Audience Choice Award for Best Feature at the Tallahassee Film Festival.
Early in his career, Justin assisted Cannes-winning directors Carl Rinsch and Nicolai Fuglsig. During this time, he worked on big-budget blockbusters and small passion projects. Justin's exposure to Hollywood and independent cinema give him a unique perspective on the craft and art of telling new stories. Justin recently produced Free Time, a feature film starring Colin Burgess, Holmes, and Rajat Suresh.
He lives and works in Washington, D.C.
