You've got a pregnancy tag, but I don't remember anyone getting pregnant last time I played (not long ago)

So, unique situation, but my service provider's 5G network is not cooperating with my phone, and I don't have Wi-Fi cause the room I moved into last month... Well... Nobody offers service here except Satellite in spite of the fact that it's dead center of the largest city in America (square mileage-wise)
So, I can't download the game fast enough, no matter what method I try, before the mirror closes and kills the download. I think it might work if it was a Mega download? Maybe? I don't expect you to cater to my probably very unique and also probably very temporary situation, but... It would be awesome if something could be done there...?
So, I am a lazy dummy, and would highly appreciate some sort of guide/walkthrough cause I have a tendency to get lost/stuck on a quest, like Orcosaurus [I have no idea where to find the stones for the thing that weakens him]
I'm the kind of player that at least tries for a little while to figure things out on my own, but I don't have a great deal of patience for doing the same search for several hours if it can be helped.
I've tried searching the internet for an independent one, and the closest I could find was a youtube channel that's been deleted.
Bug Report:
I seem to have gotten stuck in the orc camp talking to the cook. I've already gotten the bruole and given some to the orc that promised to help me with Orcosaurus and I was just talking to different orcs to see if there was a new option to ask for the items.
I can still access the journal and inventory, animations and bgm are still active, can't talk to the cook anymore, directionals don't do anything outside of inventory.
This is the purchased version of the game.
I think it's important to remember that this is a review, and there's nothing unethical about saying why I think this game is not worth me dedicating a monthly portion of my income for content that is barely trickling out. I don't get how you can't understand that. I think it's important to remember most of us have other monetary obligations that leave us with too few dollars to spare on entertainment, and would rather be informed before we've invested our money into someone else's weekend tinkering. It's like buying someone else's kid a new model airplane to build every month. It's cute, and that kid sure appreciates it, but people just don't have the cash to be giving to every kid that might appreciate it.
Now tell me you don't understand THAT either.
I think I've got about an hour in this game and it's already telling me that I've seen all of the available content of the public release.
I think the at style is charming, I like that it's more of a relaxed storyline (so far), all of the little touches really make the game feel good, it's good work.
Just... The time it took for acts 1&2 to come out, 1.5 years for both acts, vs now nearly 3 years for act 3...
There just not enough content to fall in love with a project that's taking this long to come out with a new update.
