The max PDF file size is 200 MB.

How to enable/disable PDF dowloading option?

PDF downloading option is disabled by default. you can enable the PDF downloading option by changing settings

When I try to login it says my account is not activated. I tried resending the activation but I still have not received any emails. What should I do?

Please add our domain name (pubhtml5.com) to the whitelist of your mailing server to ensure the delivery of our emails to you. After that try to resend the activation email once again. If you still experience problems,contact our support department.

Is there a limitation on the number of book pages, local publications or uploads?

No limitation.

What happens to magazines if I cancel my plan? Do people still see the magazines?

Once you cancel the service, the flipbooks you created during the renting period will be deactivated and our system will keep them for a long period of time. If you want to continue to use your flipbooks, please subscribe our service again.

Can readers download the magazine ?

If you have enabled PDF downloading option your readers may easily download the PDF version of your publication.

Do I need to pay additionally for Support, Upgrade and Cloud?

No, you don't need to pay any additional cost for Support, Upgrade and Cloud Hosting, you just need to pay for the Plan monthly/yearly.

How to remove your PUB HTML5 logo from my publication?

There is a PUB HTML5 logo on the publication created by the Free version. To remove the logo, you need to purchase one of the Premium versions. After you purchase any of the paid plans, login with your account and you can publish Catalogs without PUB HTML5 logo.

Can I change the PUB HTML5 logo with my logo?

Yes, you can, but not for Free version. Login as premium user and you can change the logo in "Custom Settings" tab.

Can I use more templates?

Yes, you can. Except for the free templates, Premium users can choose the Pro templates. Besides, Platinum and Enterprise users can even use Online Templates.

How many magazines can I publish?

There is no limit on the publications you may have.You are free to publish as many magazines as you wish.

What file format does my issue need to be in?

Is the multimedia streaming?

All video, audio, and web content are streaming and available when online. This significantly cuts down on file size and download speeds.

What multimedia formats are supported?

Your flipping book can play video and audio content, as long as it is in the proper format. For video: YouTube, Vimeo, MP4. For audio: .mp3, .mp4.

Is there a max number of pages an issue can have?

Files published to PUB HTML5 must be less than 8000 pages.
