CrossTraining ou Crossfit, seja
da maneira que queira
chamar, esta modalidade é uma
realidade do mercado Fitnnes.
Alguns anos atrás quando
chegou ao Brasil, houve
especulações que isso seria uma
“moda” do mercado, e hoje em
dia vimos que não, não é uma
moda e sim um conceito de
treinamento, e acredite, aquele
profissional que não está
atualizado a esta área, está em
desvantagem sobre outros.
E para que você inicie a sua
jornada, você encontra dentro
deste e-book os
conceitos do que é, como é um
treino e as formas de elaborar a
sua aula.

COMO FUNCIONA O
TREINA
MENTO?
O CrossTraining é conhecido pela
sua característica de um
treino de alta intensidade, pela
qual a definição que a marca
CrossFit usa é; “Treinamento
Funcional de alta Intensidade,
constantemente variado”.
No Crosstraining as aulas são
realizadas em grupos onde todos
tem a mesma tarefa de exercícios
e desafios.
POR DENTRO DE
UMA AULA DE
CROSS
FIT
Aula de Crossfit, costumam ser
em grupos com duração de 1
hora.
Já o aquecimento específico
deve contemplar os gestos
esportivos próprios (push up,
clean, toes to bar, etc). É neste
momento que o “crossfiter” fará
trabalhos com baixa intensidade
visandohabilitar o corpo para
conteúdos com mais
vigor,correções, aprimoramentos
técnicos, a ativação muscular
especifica para encarar
o WOD (treino do dia).
Sempre digo em meus cursos,
que o Warm Up deve ser
intensificado na medida do clima
de sua cidade. Caso more em
uma cidade onde o frio é mais
rotineiro, utilize do warm up de
maneira mais longa, caso more
em uma cidade que o calor é
predominante, cuidado para não
colocar vários burpees, saltos de
corda, remo, air bike... Se não,
seu aluno chegará ao WOD já
exausto.
SKILL: Este pilar é a fase
Técnica da aula, onde o aluno
deverá aprender minimamente os
processos do exercício.
BURPEE: É um exercício
executado em quatro passos, 1 -
inicia-se de pé, 2 - agacha-se
com os braços esticados à frente,
joga-se os pés juntos para trás,
esticando as pernas, 3 - retorna-
se os pés para a posição de
agachamento, 4 - fica-se de pé,
e pula com os braços esticados
para cima.
CLUSTER: Combinação do
movimento "Squat Clean" com o
"Thruster".
PUSH-PRESS: Partindo da
posição rack, com um leve
agachamento e empurra a barra
acima da cabeça, finalizando com
o corpo estendido.
SIT-UP: Abdominal.
SQUAT: Agachar
V-SIT-UP: Realização de um
abdomimal onde deve-se tocar as
pontas dos pés com as mãos.
