However, when he checks his mail he discovers that there are going to be compulsory redundancies at his work - not good news, especially as he phoned in sick again today. Scarlett returns, but the atmosphere is tense as no-one knows how to behave around her. Jimmy thinks that fussing and mollycoddling is the best approach but Scarlett clearly doesn't agree. She soon gets the two Bobs out from under her feet and gives Jimmy short shrift whenever he tries to be helpful. Jimmy feels powerless. Scarlett then asks Raymond to arrange a boy's night, making Jimmy feel even more out of the loop. He can't understand why Scarlett would rather spend time with her mother and sister than her husband.
