Sun Bufan names himself as the leader of the scientific research team, who is formed by the people with special powers. Their mission is to maintain the world's order. One year ago, the research center was destroyed, and Yang Shenxing now becomes the hope for reconstructing the center due to his extraordinary potential. Along with Sun Pangzi and others, he began an adventurous journey to find the survivors of the research team. Along his journey, he meets Jiang Mengxiao and falls in love at first sight for her.
