Despite undergoing four major surgeries over the last thirty years, due to multiple benign tumors growing inside his spine and brain, Brian has refused to be defined by his condition. After Brian's first cervical laminectomy surgery in the early nineties, he faced a daunting 50-50 chance of ever walking again, but with the help of physical therapy and an unyielding determination, Brian rehabilitated to around 90% of his previous mobility. However, subsequent surgeries have presented increased challenges and he is now bracing for a fifth surgery to remove a tumor on the L3 root nerve, which has severely impacted his ability to walk, causing chronic muscle pain, balance problems, and significant sleeping issues. A brachial plexus injury to the shoulder has permanently impaired Brian's right dominant hand with nerve damage. Despite all of these physical obstacles, Brian has refused to give up. Through endless nights of excruciating pain and grueling physical therapy sessions, his unwavering spirit and hope for a better tomorrow has shone through. The film emphasizes the need for a total lifestyle shift toward the highest vibration to support the healing process of those with chronic conditions like NF2. Through highlighting the challenges and struggles endured by this debilitating, disorder, the film showcases the power of the human spirit to persevere in the face of insurmountable adversity.
