I like the game okay, but customer support is non-existant. This game is just a money farm for the programmers, and they don't care about individual customers. The system glitched, which I got a screen shot of, and messaged them AS IT WAS HAPPENING..... They respond back, asking for more information..... REALLY? What more could I provide? No system is prefect, and I'm okay with that, but help people when things get messed up! Nothing but automated responses and gaslighting..... so frustrating.

The game is glitchy but fine. People in the game make it better (server 1090 is great if you want to meet some of them). Customer service is awful. My game glitched while I was on the enemy server during SvS, and I was trapped, unable to move or do anything for a few minutes until I reloaded the game. I was attacked and zeroed just before I was able to reload. It took weeks of requests for help, complete with screenshots, for them to respond saying they couldn't do anything and close the ticket.

Not even really sure where to begin. Evony is probably the king of falsely advertised mobile games. Not only is the primary game experience not at all advertised, but the portions that are in the game entirely faked in the ads, with the in game experience looking and functioning much worse than what is advertised. The game is a buggy mess, I experienced errors and glitches within the first 5 minutes of the game. I downloaded the game to see if it really was as egregious as I was assuming. Worse.
