Everything works as it should with the exception of importing media. Sometimes it happens quickly, sometimes it just sits there with a progress bar and nothing else happening. If they fixed that I would give 5 stars. -------------------------- Update: now all of a sudden I can't prompt the glasses with "Hey Meta." Should I really have to factory this device yet again? For $300 I expected a little more out of these glasses and importing files is still hit or miss.

Just purchased a pair of Ray-Ban Metas about a month ago. Everything was working great including the AI. Went to go use it yesterday and app starts displaying, "Limited access to Meta AI. Some features aren't available in all regions. You can still use your voice to call, message or take photos and videos." I am here in California. It's like going backwards to Ray-Ban stories.

Update: just lost all the photos taken by the glasses because the app update disabled photo and video transfer. Had to factory reset and wait a week for an app fix. Why is there no simple way to connect a cable and transfer? This app makes good hardware bad. Videos from Instagram do not save and disappear. Phone will not connect and will not transfer photos
