Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Make sure "Hide categorization of pages" is unchecked and you have a category page watched
- Wait for a categorization change. I recommend watching the unrated articles category and then rating one.
- Make an API query for the notification timestamps of categorization actions
- (or just go to the watchlist page and filter for them)
Do something similar to replicate the error for "External" changes, which are Wikidata changes, with language links being in a specific format but also on Wikidata.
What happens?:
The notification timestamps are "", resulting in the items being read on arrival.
What should have happened instead?:
The notification timestamps should be set like any other watchlist item.
