This tool displays a map of OpenStreetMap features that are linked to Wikidata,
with a sidebar that shows details of any selected feature.

Does https://gitlab.wikimedia.org/l10n-bot have commit access to this project? If not, it would be important to add the bot so that the project receives localization updates.

I confirm that we have been granted Developer access to the toolforge-repos / wdlocator project.

Can the Developer role push changes to the main branch directly?

Yes, 'Developers + Maintainers' groups are 'Allowed to merge' and 'Allowed to push and merge' to main. I think that means it's all good.

Is there a lag between when messages are edited on the wiki and when they're available for export? Because it looks like at least some where already done, e.g. https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Wikimedia:Wdlocator-close-panel/it was edited on 2024-02-28.

There is no lag but there is the default export threshold that each language must first cross.

https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:MessageGroupStats?group=wdlocator&messages=&suppressempty=1&language=fi&x=D#sortable:3=desc shows multiple languages fully translated, but still no update, investigating.

wdlocator is not included in the group spec in repoconfig.yaml.
