What happens?:

- remove User%3A from the URL, i.e. https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log/block&page=37.161.0.0%2F16 or https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&page=37.161.0.0%2F16&type=block
