Description

I am hoping to piggyback off the success of T313051 and also reach a system administrator to run a maintenance script to mass import some translations à la T309517.

The csv files and their target pages on Governance Wiki are as follows:

We have a fix for T314012: Avoid flooding recent changes when importing CSV file going out in next week's train which should help with this. If this is urgent, no need to wait for the fix though.

@Nikerabbit this is definitely not urgent and can wait until the fix goes out! The time aspect is if community translators start working fresh on these languages in the meantime, but I've been keeping an eye on that and can update these csv files as needed so we do not invalidate them

@MMoss_WMF Could you check if the files need updating because it has been a few weeks since they were created. I can do the imports.

@Nikerabbit I just checked the target pages and the files here should still be good to go. Please let me know if there are issues when importing that I can help with, thank you for tackling this!
