The Section translation dashboard in the test instance shows a list of suggestions based on previous translations made with Content Translation on those languages.
When the dashboard loads it is showing a list of screenshots for the "English -> Spanish" language pair. However, changing any of the languages results in no suggestions.

For the initial enablement in Bengali the target language is not going to change, but it is still possible to select a different source.
