𝗡𝗠𝗖 𝗗𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗔 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗦𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 Recently, Nordic Medical Clinic Dentists and Staff volunteers conducted a checkup and cleaning event for underprivileged children of Bahay Tuluyan, Leveriza Manila. This initiative focused on improving dental hygiene for children with limited access to healthcare. Over 25 children, ages 4 to 12, benefited from a bi-weekly dental health program during September and October. Professional dentists conducted comprehensive checkups and cleanings, including plaque removal and fluoride treatments. In addition, children and their families were educated on proper brushing techniques and provided with dental care kits to support ongoing oral hygiene. With the successful outreach program, Nordic Medical Clinic intends to offer regular dental checkups and workshops to ensure that all children have access to quality dental care regardless of their circumstances. We already have experience working with and building environment-friendly vessels, like the following: 𝐇𝐲𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝 𝐋𝐍𝐆 𝐆𝐚𝐬 – 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜 𝐕𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐥 The basic principle for the design of this vessel is to meet operational and environmental demands with the best and most modern solutions using LNG fuel and battery power for the propulsion with SRtP requirements. The vessel is hybrid gas-electric/battery-driven for optimal operation and flexibility in order to reduce fuel consumption, emission, noise, and vibration during transit and manoeuvring. 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜/𝐇𝐲𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐕𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐥 A fully electric/hybrid passenger vessel is a diesel-electric vessel with a larger battery that can be charged from shore in 9 minutes. We observe a significant reduction in emissions and reduction of engine hours as a result of such construction. The electricity cost is low due to the diesel fuel. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐕𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐥 A marine robotic vessel is a unique multi-purpose platform with custom design and technology features allowing onshore remote control, and operations with little or no crew at all. It allows the usage of alternative fuels such as green ammonia. It supports an Integrated Automation System and Power Management System that allows for safe remote operations and cyber-secure communication. OTG Customer Seminar Singapore 2024   On September 26, the Ocean Technologies Group (OTG) conducted a Customer Seminar in Singapore, held at the Guoco Midtown Network Hub, which centered on the future of the maritime industry in the era of AI.   OSM Thome’s Chief Digital Officer, Jamie Ramsamy, served as one of the panelists in the “Powering Maritime into the AI Era” session moderated by Peter Schellenberger, Director and Founder of Novamaxix.
