15th Annual Bell Let’s Talk Women and Wellness

Join us, Friday, November 15th at the PEI Brewing Company for the 15th Annual Bell Let’s Talk Women and Wellness event, hosted by CMHA PEI and Murphy’s Hospitality Group! The event kicks off with a welcome reception at 6 PM in the Tap Room, with live music from Island musicians Ava and Lily Rashed. Women and Wellness will take place from 7:00-9:00 PM, with co-host of the Ocean 100 Morning Show, Jill Chandler as our Emcee, and guest speakers, Ashley Belanger and Sarah Hannah. Live entertainment will take place from 9-11 PM, with Honey I’m Home playing a mix of Shania Twain’s greatest hits and captivating live performances. In a caring, confidential, and inclusive group environment, trained facilitators offer support, encouragement, and helpful information to participants as they journey through the shared experience of suicide loss. The next workshop begins in Montague on Tuesday, October 22. Pre-registration is required.

Training Opportunities

Find upcoming Mental Health First Aid and ASIST Training dates, locations and times. Pre-registration and payment are required for these training workshops. These training sessions are critical resources within Island communities. They serve to educate individuals, groups, and organizations about different mental health conditions, and to teach life saving skills to navigate situations related to those at risk of suicide.

Peer support is the process of disclosing personal lived experience and recovery history to provide support, guidance, and inspire hope for others experiencing similar situations with their mental health. One-on-one and Group services are availabe through Peer Support Programming. Find a service that works for you and your mental health journey.
