Kate Beckinsale hits back at trolls in statement-making swimsuit: ‘I did not ask your opinion’

The haters can eat their hearts out.

Kate Beckinsale sent a clear statement to social media trolls on her Instagram Story Tuesday, posing in a black one-piece after calling out commenters for criticizing her weight amid her recent health battle.

The “Serendipity” star, 50, wore a bold suit reading “I did not ask your opinion” in silver sequins, wearing the black tank style with an enormous tan straw hat and rhinestone-trimmed sunglasses.

The bathing suit seemed to be aimed at a section of her Instagram followers who have been criticizing her thin figure in recent months.

Beckinsale — who spent six weeks in the hospital dealing with a hole in her esophagus — shared several photos and a video of herself strutting in the sequin-trimmed swimsuit on a luxurious balcony.

In subsequent pics, she rocked a textured white Hunza G strapless bikini ($260) trimmed with a rhinestone heart, covering up with an ultra-glamorous sheer pink Max Mara robe accented with fluffy maribou feathers.

The actress wore her hair pulled back in a retro style with a beige headband in the pics, accessorizing with what appeared to be the same sparkling statement earrings and necklaces.

As for her opinion-making suit, Beckinsale clapped back at one social media user last week after the person wondered why the star’s “ass ran away.”

“No, actually. I watched my stepfather die quite shockingly, my mother has stage 4 cancer, and I lost a lot of weight from stress and grief, quite quickly,” the “Underworld” actress wrote in response.

Beckinsale continued that she “found eating very hard” due to the trauma and she’d also been working “on a movie that was actually quite triggering” due to its death theme.

At the end of the day, the star invited the follower to “worry about your own f–king ass,” adding, “I suggest shoving something up it — like a large pineapple or a brick.”

We have a feeling this swimsuit got the message across, too.
