My 30 years’ experience of Customer Contact Management has been built through Inbound & Outbound Customer & Technical Support, Consultancy, Digitalisation, Market Survey, Customer Loyalty and Experience, Up and Cross Sales.

My current role provides the bridge between sales and operations globally, where I lead a team providing solutions architecture developing efficient state-of-the-art solutions for companies. This includes large single and multiple language programs delivered from one or more or our sites, and covers everything from straightforward customer service to highly complex technical and healthcare support.

The modelling and development undertaken gives clients and their customers the high-quality, effective support that drives high customer satisfaction and builds brand loyalty. My focus is on ensuring our offers properly cover client current and future requirements, accurate pricing and realistic development paths.
