I lead the FP&A Team at LOGEX, a pan-European healthcare analytics SaaS company owned by Thoma Bravo and Summa Equity. In this role I oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, strategic planning, and performance management to ensure LOGEX's financial resources are aligned with its strategic goals and to enhance the financial and operational visibility necessary for informed decision-making.
Before joining LOGEX, I worked at Revalize, a US-headquartered B2B SaaS company owned by TA Associates and Hg Capital, where I helped lead M&A activity and was involved in various FP&A initiatives. Prior to Revalize, I worked at Accruent, another US-headquartered B2B SaaS company, where I held roles in Corporate Development (M&A and Strategy) and FP&A and was the Managing Director of the Dutch entities (~90 FTE).
Before working in Software, I was a banker with ING Wholesale Banking, arranging structured finance transactions for large, multinational clients across Europe. I started my career as a lawyer with Clifford Chance based out of their Amsterdam and London offices, doing M&A, Private Equity, corporate finance, and restructuring transactions.
I hold an MBA from INSEAD, a Master of Laws (LLM) from the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, and – expected as of 2025 – a Master of Finance & Control (Msc) from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. I’m a qualified lawyer and soon-to-be Register Controller (RC).
