Kuforiji Adedamola Victor is the President of Phronesis Global Leadership Group, a leading nongovernmental organization with a core mandate to raise sound and quality Leaders in all spheres of the economy in Nigeria. He is also a Mid-Level Associate at Olajide Oyewole LLP (DLA PIPER AFRICA) in the Project and Finance Practice Group.

Victor is a man of many parts. He has facilitated Leadership trainings for over 5,000 participants at several events in the last 5 years in different parts of Nigeria. An excellent legal practitioner who regularly consults on legal, leadership and Policy related issues for a number of structured and startup organizations in Nigeria.

As an alumnus of the University of Ibadan, he held several Leadership positions at the University of Ibadan such as President, Students Council on legal aid, Students legal adviser, student's union, University of Ibadan, Student Legal Adviser, Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry and also the Nigeria Law School where he was president of over 1000 students.

He is an award winning orator and public speaker who has contributed immensely to the socio-economic and political development from our country with deserving nominations and awards from the council of legal education, Junior Chambers International (JCI), Oando PLC to mention a few. Recently, He joined the prestigious YALI RLC, West Africa as a Fellow. He was the leader of the Nigerian team at the Yali RLC in Accra, Ghana which was fully sponsored by the U.S government.

Victor is a Human rights activist and a social crusader for justice and has successfully defended a number of deserving indigent persons in Nigeria who were previously languishing in jail.

Specifically, in 2019 during the Presidential election in Nigeria, Victor spearheaded a campaign on change.org to get compensation for corp members in Nigeria who were maltreated. This petition got the support of over 7,000 people from Africa, Europe and Asia.

Kuforiji facilitates leadership and capacity development trainings for leaders in Africa. In 2020, he facilitated a strategic leadership training for about 140 young African leaders from 10 African countries which has been a life changing experience for many.

He regularly speaks at conference and seminars on Leadership and capacity development.

In 2023, Victor started a Leadership training for secondary school students across Africa.
