The 2024 Africa Sustainable Development Report, presented by UNDP, ECA, and African Development Bank Group, assesses Africa's progress on five key SDGs. There has been some notable progress. That being said, it also encourages Africa to accelerate funding to stay on track with Agenda 2030. It emphasizes the need for innovative financing. Both increased support from development partners and domestic resource mobilization are crucial for accelerating sustainable development efforts in Africa. 🌍 Thankfully, this is an area where N-Soft can help. N-Soft helps nations across the world finance initiatives like SDGs by improving domestic revenue mobilization. How do we accomplish this? On Thursday, July 11, 2024, Nextier's Founding Partner, Patrick O. Okigbo III, presented the keynote speech at the stakeholders’ roundtable to upscale inclusive businesses in Nigeria. The Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission, in collaboration with GIZ Nigeria & ECOWAS, organised the event. ENDING EXTREME POVERTY IN NIGERIA Upscaling the Inclusive Business Approach Can Nigeria overcome extreme poverty? Can the emerging Inclusive Business approach provide a solution? If so, what role should the government and other key stakeholders play? This paper discusses Nigeria's troubling socioeconomic situation, focusing on ineffective intervention models and how the inclusive business approach can address these challenges. And it’s a wrap! It was another successful collaboration with the NSIA team - Joyce Onyegbula MPA, MNIM Amina Danjuma - Digital Communications Manager for the second edition of the NSIA Prize for Innovation (NPI) NSIA: Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority after our successful partnership on the maiden edition last year. As usual, we brought our A-game to the table, delivering an effective content and lead generation strategy that resulted in over 3x the results from last year’s edition. To provide context, last year generated over 2K leads, while this year’s activities got over 7,000 leads of qualified tech startups.
