Ryan (Ra) James is a regenerative systems facilitator & organizational culture designer, trailblazing the shifting of business worldview and mindset to embody the changes that the future is requiring of us by transcending business-as-usual altogether. He intertwines cross-cultural wisdom, linguistics, kinship worldview, modern psychology, neuroscience and anthropology with modern business and law to bring all people into a space of understanding the necessary shifts internally that will manifest external change.

For this, he draws upon the profound insights of his personal journey, traveling and working in over fifty-five countries on six continents with indigenous mentors and cultures, infusing the most innovative leaders and businesses with a remarkably rich tapestry of interconnected and eloquent thought to inspire insight, curiosity, innovation and resilience whilst shaping a new paradigm for sustainable, future-ready enterprises. His commitment roots in revitalizing people and organizations globally through restoring right-relationship, regeneration and integrated, embodied purpose with a focus in bio-cultural heritage and cultural restoration. He is based in Mexico.

He is a the founder of (re)Biz, (re)purpose law and hosts immersive experiences around the world with Sixth Sun Immersions that combine wisdom keepers and cultural guardianship, ceremonial experiences and regenerative, post-growth business praxis and inclusive pluriversal strategies.
