About Elley Duhé

Gulf Coast singer Elley Duhé makes sophisticated, shadowy pop with a heavy electronic presence, imbuing even her brighter fare with shades of melancholy. Standout songs “Happy Now” and “LOST MY MIND” embody that sound, which cocoons her bittersweet stories of love, heartbreak, struggle and resilience. Born in Mobile in 1992, Duhé was 14 when she wrote her first song; at 15, she began performing for live audiences and eventually dropped out of school to pursue music. Her 2016 solo debut, the defiant “immortal”, led to her breakout moment, while 2018’s post-breakup ballad “Happy Now” with Zedd spawned the first of multiple platinum hits. Alongside collaborations with Teddy Swims, Whethan and Gryffin, Duhé showcased her vulnerability and sonic versatility through songs such as the reflective “GOOD DIE YOUNG” and the seductive “PIECES”, culminating in her 2023 debut album, PHOENIX. In 2024, she earned a Grammy for her songwriting contributions (via an “immortal” sample) to Skrillex and Fred again..’s smash single “Rumble”, which won Best Dance/Electronic Recording.
