Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy

Tickets for tours are first come, first served and often sell out, especially on Saturdays. Tickets can be purchased up to 21 days in advance online. We strongly encourage you to purchase tickets early online.

Tickets are non-refundable and not transferable to another time or date. You must show your e-ticket (via cellphone or a printed copy) at the box office.
