Wikifunctions and Incubator

Just noticed that there is no way to target Wikifunctions and Incubator via Special:CentralNotice. Does anyone know the reason? Both communities probably would like to recieve global banners such as the ones inviting to the Board or U4C election? Johannnes89 (talk) 12:42, 24 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

So wikimedia seems to be a catch-all for small wikis that don’t deserve their own project? (On the other hand, Wikifunctions did get its own project here in 6b9f666a6b9f3a33f9d3c6c943203949c87efc68 but not in CommonSettings.php, so I fear it may be impossible to show banners there at all.
