This page was used for requesting username changes on Meta-Wiki from bureaucrats until 15 September 2014, when bureaucrats lost the rights to rename users. Requests for renaming are nowadays handled by stewards and global renamers on the request page Special:GlobalRenameRequest (also at Steward requests/Username changes). The archives of this page are preserved.
