On October 17, 2005, GuruNet rebranded itself as Answers Corporation, aligning its corporate identity with its main website, Answers.com. The platform also had a phase where it was known as WikiAnswers. From 2005 to late 2009, Google's search engine definitions feature, located in the top-right corner of the search results, was linked to Answers.com.
