Chateaubriand Fellowship Program

The Chateaubriand Fellowship is a grant offered by the Embassy of France in the United States. It supports outstanding doctoral students enrolled in American universities who wish to conduct research in France for a period of four-to-nine months in any discipline of the humanities and social sciences. The STEM fellowship aims to initiate or reinforce collaborations, partnerships, or joint projects between French and American research teams. U.S. citizenship is not required.

The primary objective of the Cultural Anthropology Program is to support basic scientific research on the causes, consequences and complexities of human social and cultural variability. This grant provides support to enhance and improve the conduct of doctoral dissertation projects designed and carried out by doctoral students enrolled in U.S. universities who are conducting scientific research that enhances basic scientific knowledge.

L'Oréal USA for Women in Science Fellowship

The program awards five women postdoctoral scientists annually with grants of $60K each for their contributions in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) fields and commitment to serving as role models for younger generations. UC Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperative Dissertation Fellowship

Autism Speaks Research on Central Auditory Processing Disorders

Autism Speaks, with generous support from the Royal Arch Research Assistance, anticipates funding one pilot research award (up to $60K/one year), one predoctoral fellowship award (up to $40K/yr for two years) and one postdoctoral award (up to $55K/yr for two years) focused on understanding, evaluating and/or treating individuals with central auditory processing disorder, particularly as it relates to autism spectrum disorder.
California Council on Science & Technology Science Fellows Program
