    • Provide Business Units with HR expertise and serve as the interface between Business and HR.
    • Provide line management support for the Business Unit Managers/Partners to assist with day-to-day HR requirements and HR programs, in line with the Business strategy.
    • In charge of the Global mobility program in cooperation with global teams to ensure smooth and efficient mobilities between Qatar and other firms worldwide.
    • Provides development to business leaders on facilitating interim reviews, goal settings, KPI reviews, exit interviews, investigations and performance improvement plans along with regular communication.
    • Work with business leaders (Partners) to define people priorities that align with the firm strategy through: Cooperation with Recruitment and onboarding, L&D/Participation in the business management meetings/ HR initiatives.
    • Global People Survey (GPS) lead, ensuring results analysis and action planning for the business units (Increase in employee satisfaction by over 26% across both functions)
    • Provides and drives cross functional HR insight and projects across the firm (Recognition program, employee collaboration and engagement, talent management & career planning)
    • Project lead for the graduate programs at KPMG
    • Owner and process lead for the People performance management lifecycle through calibration process, roundtables moderations, bell curve adjustments, promotion panels, salary reviews and announcements.
    • Works with business leaders to identify, develop and retain Talent and create career defining experience through the development of annual career workshops.
