Wikilivres is a complementary site to Wikisource and Commons, hosting primarily texts and images that are in the public domain in New Zealand, where works enter the public domain 50 years after the deaths of their creators. While the site is largely in English, there are many texts in several languages, as the public domain effects all languages. Translations are also encouraged.
