Decision made on dividends for Ignitis Group shareholders.      Today, our EGM made decision to distribute a dividend of EUR 0.663 per share to Ignitis Group shareholders for the first half of 2024. This translates to a total payout of EUR 48 million.    In line with our Dividend policy, we increased our dividend by 3% compared to the same period last year.    We remain committed to increasing value for our shareholders.    #IgnitisGroup #Dividend #FinancialResults #EnergySmart

According to Ignitis Group CEO Darius Maikstenas, if we continue pursuing the strategy of becoming electricity exporters, both the economic and geopolitical security of our region will increase, as our region's significance to the European economy grows. Increased electricity production will also create opportunities to lower electricity prices for end consumers. Lithuania, along with other Baltic states, has abundant "green oil" resources, and we are now developing the capacity to harness them. We are expanding our operations in Latvia! #IgnitisRenewables will develop the 174 MW Tume solar farm located in Tukums municipality, which will be one of the largest of its kind in the Baltics.     Capable of supplying up to 85,000 households with renewable energy it will be equipped with a unique solar tracking system that follows the movement of the sun, thereby increasing the efficiency of the project.    The total investments amount is up to EUR 106 million.
