The report of the National Study on the Health & Wellness Determinants of Legal Professionals in Canada, released on October 27, 2022 confirms what has become apparent in recent years; poor mental health affects thousands of legal professionals across Canada every year. The study revealed that legal professionals are at higher risk of experiencing stress, anxiety, depression and addiction than are other Canadians.
