Mailgun is now part of Sinch. Over the coming months we will migrate your login credentials to Sinch ID, at which point you will experience a new login flow.
Your Sinch ID is your "user identity" for all Sinch products and services. With Sinch ID, you can use a single set of login credentials and two-factor authentication (2FA) to log in to multiple dashboards within our communication ecosystem.
Your Sinch ID will live in its own self-management application where you can:
- Enroll in 2FA (SMS or App)
- Obtain recovery codes
- Change your password
How does this impact me?
As an existing customer, you do not have to do anything — your existing email/password and 2FA will be automatically migrated to a Sinch ID.
