ESL TV KotH

Seemingly following their ESL StarCraft II Beta Invitational, the ESL TV King of the Hill is a series of StarCraft II show-matches played between two famous European players run every Thursday at 17:30 CET. The numbering of the tournaments is rather obscure in that the first recorded match is numbered as the second. The first "King" was supposed to be Invitational winner KaaZ but he pulled out and two other players were chosen instead.
Format[edit]
The KotH format is as follows:
- Starcraft II beta 1v1
- Best of 5 series
- The winner advances to the next week's match
- Participants chosen by ESL staff
