If so…then the Legacy Program is for you!

Legacy is a free program designed to help young Black  women succeed in AP CSP.

When? 

• June 12-16, 2023: on campus at University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa; arrive on June 11 for checkin (you must live in the dorms all week and attend all sessions, no excused absences)
• July 24-26, 2023: on campus at Tuskegee University; arrive on July 23 for checkin (you must live in the dorms for both days and attend all sessions, no excused absences) 
• Fall 2023: Attend two online AP CSP Study Sessions
• Spring 2024: Attend three AP CSP Study Sessions
• May 2024: LEGACY Scholars must commit to taking the AP CSP exam in May 2024.

Cost? 

• Free to apply and free to attend. The program covers all materials and provides reimbursement for travel to the Fall/Spring study sessions. We even cover your exam AP fee! 

Plus a Stipend!

• Students who complete all program activities will receive a stipend of up to $2,000.
