Currently there are many Technologies & Entrepreneurship funding initiatives that support translational research, commercialization, technology transfer and entrepreneurship over various stages targeting HKUST faculty, staff, students, and/or alumni, amounting to over HK$ 50 million in funding annually. These Technologies & Entrepreneurship funding initiatives supported by different funding sponsors (HKUST, UGC, Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC), external funding sponsors/donors) are administered by OKT, EC, and RDC(HK), depending on the nature of initiatives, target groups, and objectives of different funding initiatives.
