서부물 (西部物)은 일반적으로 18세기 후반에서 19세기 후반 미국 서부 국경으로 설정한 문학 장르이다. 서부물의 잘 알려진 작가는 20세기 초반의 제인 그레이와 20세기 중반 루이스 라모르를 포함한다. 장르는 주로 보난자와 같은 서부 방송의 인기로 인해, 1960년대 초반에 정점을 찍었다. 독자층은 1970년대 후반에서 중반 사이 감소하기 시작했고, 2000년대에 더 감소했다. 몇 미국 서부 주 이외의 대부분의 서점은 단지 서부물 책의 작은 수를 보유하고 있다.
