Birzaf walked 447.9 km from Humera to Abi-Adi, Tigray, escaping conflict. With ECHO's support, Oxfam provided clean water and hygiene kits to 17,500+ people. Oxfam maintains 405 hand pumps, serving 281,000+ in Tigray. "We can now get clean water," Birzaf says. Despite challenges, she remains hopeful: "I want to return home."
