JSON Form 3.0 Release

JSON Forms 3.0.0-rc0 is released on July 25, 2022.
But the main release is still pending. Also why too much delay in releasing the version.

JSON Forms 3.0 was released on September 22th 2022, see here. The current stable version is JSON Forms 3.1.0 released on 20th June 2023 and the current prerelease is 3.2.0-alpha.0 released yesterday.
