𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗭.𝗪𝗔𝗦𝗣 𝟰 A new Z.WASP 4 has arrived at our customer Yamasaki. The customer will use the new machine to produce large shoe cleaning plates for the snow season as well as unique brooms for the OEM business. The installation and commissioning were successfully finished in only one hour. Also, the changeover between the different carriages was done very fast and smoothly. As an allrounder for the production of technical, industrial and household brushes, the Z.WASP offers a great flexibility in the production of different end products. It is the most flexible line on the market and is available in four different variants. Depending on the variant, the machine can reach a tufting speed of up to 700 bundles per minute. The Z.WASP 4 is not the first ZAHORANSKY machine at Yamasaki: The customer has been using our machines for some time to produce various types of brushes, both for household brushes and for technical brushes, from molding to tufting. In the future, brooms for the hygiene sector will be produced on this machine. The Z.PARD MT is a carousel machine with automatic feeding. It tufts up to 1200 bundles per minute and has two tufting tools. Thanks to integrated trimming units, the production of the end products is fully automated. Thanks to ZMI 4.0, the software control system from ZAHORANSKY, the processes of the machine can be monitored and analyzed at all times. Z.SHARK is a highly effective machine for the production of toothbrushes. Thanks to its extremely flexible characteristics, it can be used to meet individual requirements for the final product. Sample changeovers can be carried out quickly and easily thanks to the machine's excellent accessibility.
