إطلاق مشاريع إدماج الشباب في عملية التنمية في الأردن برعاية الأمير فيصل بن الحسين رعى صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير فيصل بن الحسين، بحضور صاحبة السمو الملكي الأميرة عائشة بنت فيصل اليوم الخميس، إطلاق الاتحاد الأوروبيّ مشاريعَ "إدماج الشباب في عملية التنمية في الأردن بالشراكة مع هيئة أجيال السلام والجامعة الأردنية والجامعة الهاشمية وجامعة البلقاء التطبيقية ومنظمة التعليم من أجل التوظيف - الأردنية.  وتهدف خمسة مشاريع ممولة من الاتحاد الأوروبي إلى تعزيز مشاركة الشباب في سوق العمل، بالإضافة إلى تعزيز انخراط الشباب في مجتمعاتهم المحلية. Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Feisal bin Al Hussein, and in the presence of Her Royal Highness Princess Aisha bint Feisal, the European Union (EU) launched the “Youth Inclusion in Jordan’s Development Process” projects in partnership with Generations for Peace (GFP), the University of Jordan, the Hashemite University, Al Balqa Applied University, and Education for Employment-Jordan (EFE). اختتمت هيئة أجيال السلام برنامج تدريبي لبناء القدرات لمدة أربعة أيام لـ 30 شابةً و شابًا من عجلون والأزرق كجزء من برنامج قنطرة. قاد فريق عمل معهد أجيال السلام تدريب المجموعات الشبابية البيئية، والذي ركز على تعزيز مهارات الشباب في تحليل السياسات، وجمع البيانات وتحليلها، والاعتبارات الأخلاقية، والتواصل الفعال، بالإضافة إلى تصميم خطط العمل. ستعزز هذه المهارات قدرة الشباب على المساهمة في صياغة خطط إصلاح السياسات البيئية التي تهدف إلى معالجة الفجوات في تنفيذ السياسات البيئية الحالية في مجتمعاتهم.   "خلال التدريب، تعلمت كيفية تطوير خطط عمل فعالة بأهداف واضحة وواقعية. كما فهمت أهمية البحث الجيد للتفاوض مع المعنيين ودعم أهدافي بالبيانات. يمكن لخطة عمل قوية أن تعزز البيئة بشكل كبير." شهد الصمادي، مشاركة من عجلون.   برنامج قنطرة هو برنامج يمتد لمدة 15 شهرًا تنفذه هيئة أجيال السلام، يقدم البرنامج آلية لحوار السياسات لتمكين الحكومات المحلية، والقطاع الخاص، والمجتمع المدني، والشباب من التعاون في تقييم السياسات البيئية ودفع الإصلاحات اللازمة عبر مختلف القطاعات. Generations For Peace (GFP) concluded a four-day capacity-building training for 30 youth from Ajloun and Al Azraq as part of the Qantara project. Led by Generations For Peace Institute (GFPI), the Echo Groups training focused on enhancing youth skills in policy analysis, data collection and analysis, ethical considerations, and effective communication as well as designing action plans. These capabilities will empower the youth to contribute to drafting environmental policy reform plans aimed at tackling gaps in the implementation of current environmental policies in their communities.   "During the training, I learned how to develop effective action plans with clear and realistic objectives. I also understood the importance of thorough research for negotiating with stakeholders and supporting my goals with data. A strong action plan can support the environment." Shahed Smadi, participant from Ajloun. Qantara is a 15-month project implemented by GFP. For the third consecutive year, Generations For Peace (GFP) has organised the Summer Sport Camp as part of the Riadati programme, with the support of the Olympic Refuge Foundation (ORF), in partnership with the Ministry of Education (MoE) and the Jordan School Sport Federation (JSSF). شكر من الأعماق لكل من ساهم في إنجاح برنامج #ثقه! نظمت هيئة أجيال السلام اليوم الحفل الختامي لبرنامج #ثقة الذي تم إطلاقه شهر كانون الثاني من هذا العام بدعم من منظمة بورتيكوس الهولندية وبالشراكة مع بلديتي السلط الكبرى والكرك الكبرى. وهدف البرنامج إلى تعزيز المشاركة المدنية الشبابية، من خلال توفير مساحة للحوار بن الشباب ومسؤولي البلديات من أجل المشاركة في صنع القرار والاستجابة لأولويات المجتمع وتطلعات الشباب. خلال الحفل، قدّم الشباب من الكرك والبلقاء خطط عمل قاموا بتطويرها من خلال حوار تحويلي مع المسؤولين في بلديتي السلط والكرك. وقد تم تصميم هذه الخطط لتلبية الاحتياجات المجتمعية لديهم. Youth Voices Amplified! Generations For Peace (GFP) held the closing event for the #ThiqaProgramme today at its headquarters. Launched in January with support from Netherlands-based porticusglobal and in collaboration with the municipalities of Al Salt and Al Karak, the #ThiqaProgramme aimed to enhance youth civic engagement by empowering 36 youth leaders to actively participate in decision-making processes, addressing both community priorities and their personal aspirations. During the event, youth from Al Karak and Al Balqa presented action plans they developed through transformative dialogue with municipal officials. How often do you come across media content that highlights the connection between sports and mental health? Generations For Peace (GFP) held its third media training on Tuesday, bringing together ten media professionals to explore tools for delivering clear and engaging messages about the role of sports in enhancing the Mental Health and Psychosocial Well-being (MHPSS). Led by GFP staff, the training also introduced participants to the Riadati Programme, which integrates Sport for Protection and Peace-based activities designed to enhance the MHPSS to youth affected by displacement across Jordan. الاجتماع الرابع لمجتمع الممارسات! بمشاركة ما يقارب ٣٥ من القادة وممثلي مؤسسات المجتمع المدني والمنظمات العاملة على قضايا المرأة في الأردن، والمدافعين في مجال المرأة والسلام والأمن، انعقد اليوم الاجتماع الرابع لمجتمع الممارسات الفضلى والتبادل المعرفي في قطاع المرأة والأمن والسلام. خلال الاجتماع قدم شريك التغيير الجديد لبرنامج تعزيز أنظمة المرأة والسلام والأمن – تماسك، جمعية أثر للتنمية الشبابية عرضًا حول دور الشباب في تعزيز السلم المجتمعي بالتعاون مع السلطات المحليّة، كما ناقش الحضور التحديات التي تحول دون معالجة ظاهرة العنف والتطرف خلال جلسة حوارية يسرها مركز أرض السلام للتنمية وحقوق الإنسان. يسعى "تماسك" ومن خلال تعميق التنسيق بين ممثلي مؤسسات المجتمع المدني والمنظمات العاملة على قضايا المرأة، إلى دفع عجلة تنفيذ قرار مجلس الأمن رقم ١٣٢٥ الخاص بالمرأة والسلام والأمن في الأردن. Today, approximately 35 leaders, representatives from the Women's Rights Organizations (WROs) and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), and advocates working on women’s issues in Jordan gathered for the fourth Community of Practice Meeting. During this meeting, new TAMASOK partner for change Athar Association for Youth Development delivered key insights on the role of youth in promoting civic peace through collaboration with local authorities. Attendees were also to discuss the challenges of addressing violence and extremism in communities, in discussions facilitated by another partner for change - Land of Peace for Development and Human Rights.
