In this game you play as the titular Dashula, the fact he can survive so close to the sun implies he is in fact the strongest vampire alive and actually has increased fire resistance, only truly perishing when the sun makes direct contact with him.

This truly implies deep lore as to the origin of Dashula and the sun, and the dualistic philosophy of life and death. I'm not sure what the wooden stakes represent, probably capitalism or something.

Also the jumping and dashing feels nice, and even though it can be kinda hard the game is short enough that it never felt too frustrating. Level design is done in such a way there's often multiple paths which does encourage replayability.

you know what? that was actually pretty fun, I mean yeah dodging some attacks (especially the eye circle things) was arkward, but I did enjoy the moveset of just crawling into a ball and trying to constantly balance staying alive and dealing damage. So huh yeah good job!

ho right also while I'm at it, is there any way to get party members? I kind of had to do everything myself and it's kind of hard as a blood mage when you'r the only one taking the damage with no one to heal but yourself

alright thanks!

so I've come back to the town of beginning, refused to become a knight, and now I'm kind of really really lost, I've literally explored everywhere and tried everything and I'd really like some pointers
