Its almost q2 of 2023...

judging by how they abandoned adastra's sequels i think they just gave up entirely... I remember that it became popular in s. korea around 21/early22 so that might be the reason they popped out 2 sequels that are just... abandoned... Maybe they thought they will make big $ out of it but i guess not...

There is two versions of why you can't get it: 1. You are most likely underage and as such you shouldn't even be playing that 2. You are willfully unemployed. If i, a slav can afford to give 2$ for this, you can too. 

You are not entitled to other people's labor. 

Just because you see a slavic rune that is over 2000 year old does not mean that it is a nazi sign. Besides if you have a problem with nazism take a look at what Russia has been doing.

Unfortunately not yet, chinese is hard to learn and expensive to implementc because you have to hire someone who knows chinese or wait for volunteers also its not very economically viable since at any moment the CCP can ban your game for stupid reasons and all this effort would have been for nothing
