Interesting to see who exports and who imports energy in Europe in 2023. Does this make the economy of energy importing countries more vulnerable to energy price shocks? Also, does this mean the income generated by energy exporting countries are also vulnerable? Is there an international hedging product to protect against economic and financial risks of sudden changes in energy prices?

The cost of money has been cut: funds for businesses to refinance debts The European Central Bank cut its base rate by 0.25% for the first time since 2019, despite the regulator's forecast for higher consumer price growth this year and next. As a result, the base percentage is now 4.25%.
