It is the persistency it is the training it is the mental status it is the final goal leading you across 30' of running in circle. Our job in Healthcare is similar. Step by step day by day and if it is not you running that step everyday a gap remain. Probably if it would exist a relay / handover run at 10km this would better represent the cancer patient journey for companies, doctors, technician and nurses. Connecting dots across a long run like cancer fight is. Step by step to the goal.

I recently had the privilege of being interviewed with top European thoracic surgeons, Prof. Giuseppe Cardillo, Prof. Rene Horsleben Petersen and Prof. Dominique Gossot, during an international thoracic surgeons event organized by Prof. Cardillo at the Ospedale San Camillo Forlanini Hospital. We delved into the trajectory of lung cancer treatment, and I have been proud to share our commitment and partnership in advancing treatment options for lung cancer patients.   Lung cancer remains the leading cause of cancer death worldwide, and in Europe alone, it claims the lives of over a quarter of a million people every year. This heartbreaking reality arises due to late-stage detection, limited treatment options, and poor survival rates.    To change this trajectory and save more lives at Johnson & Johnson MedTech: 1. we focus on developing innovative technologies to provide healthcare professionals with effective tools that enhance patient care and improve treatment outcomes. 2. we focus on collaboration, working closely with healthcare professionals and institutions to understand their challenges and develop comprehensive solutions and professional education programs that result in better patient outcomes. 3. we strongly advocate for increased access to lung cancer screening and quality care.
