I'm passionate and motivate to engage team to achieve results. I had my difficulties and my success, but I used to drive out of the issues with enthusiasm and resiliency. General Electric has been my “mother” in carrier development, where I had the opportunity achieve several competencies, on product expertise, with the introduction of a new ICT solution for Healthcare, product and solutions sales as a regional commercial leader and customer satisfaction improvement leading huge Service teams. I achieved my Green Belt SixSigma Certification with remote connectivity project within GE Healthcare. I moved in Technogym to take my expertise to an Italian world leading Company where I had the opportunity to drive service innovation in the subsidiaries and in the distributors with success. Change management is a key driver for my daily work to develop innovation, starting from the cultural evolution. In my carrier I had the privilege to successful drive company integration, with Marquette in General Electric or new Business Unit creation, like in Carpigiani where I created a new team identity and new business department. I successfully implemented new Customer Relationship Management Systems and Field Service management with the objective to drive customer satisfaction and process improvements. I would like to explore new opportunity helping companies to innovation with specific focus on internationalization and business growth.
