Fabrizio Conicella, our Head of Software & Analytics Lab, recently gave a presentation at the Politecnico di Torino conference ‘Towards the Sustainable Vehicle Era’ which brought together industry experts and researchers to explore solutions for the vehicles of the #future. He shared insight on the AI-based solutions on board our vehicles and how they are helping us shape more sustainable and safer #transport, leveraging valuable #collaboration with our strategic partners. #WeGoBeyond #Innovation

Our IDV brand has signed today a preliminary #agreement with Leonardo to supply functional parts for future contracts within the Leonardo and Rheinmetall joint venture. IDV’s participation will be 12 to 15% of the joint venture total activities for the development and production of tracked combat ground vehicles for the Esercito Italiano - Italian Army. The #collaboration will guarantee that a significant portion of core supplies for the joint venture will come from Italy, leveraging on the highly skilled workforce that we have in this country. We had the honour of welcoming Geraldo Alckmin, Vice-President and Minister of Development, Industry, Commerce and Services of Brazil, to our IVECO stand at Fenatran 2024. Marcio Querichelli, President of IVECO Latin America, and Eduardo Freitas, Head of Iveco Group Latin America Public Affairs, presented our cutting-edge, sustainable #solutions on display at the event and discussed our investments in technology and #innovation. Also in attendance were Márcio Lima Leite, President of Anfavea, the Brazilian Automotive Manufacturers Association, and Eduardo Rebuzzi, President of NTC&Logística - Associação Nacional do Transporte de Cargas e Logística, the National Association of Cargo Transport and Logistics. In line with our commitment to supporting local #communities in the areas where we operate, our IVECO brand has provided water purification systems to four primary schools located in the Sichuan Province of China, partnering with the Liang Shan Public Welfare Promotion Association, a local organisation dedicated to children’s #education. The drinking water systems, which feature quadruple filtration and temperature control technology to ensure the provision of clean water, will serve over 1,200 students and teachers in the region, contributing to their #health and well-being. #WeGoBeyond #Sustainability
