The #EPS material of the installation has been transformed into building insulation, perfectly embodying the spirit of responsible design and sustainability. The World Economic Forum's Global Gender Gap Report 2024 is out! 🔙 Accurat has been working on the Global Gender Gap Report since 2017, each year building on the previous edition to continuously improve #data dissemination and effectiveness. This year's edition goes one step further. 🌐 The Global Gender Gap Report maps and measures #gender inequalities around the world, combining global comparisons with regional insights. It sets complete gender #parity as a common goal for the international community, and sets "1" as the desired value for its carefully crafted equality #index (ranging from 0 to 1). 🆕 The #2024 edition of the report allows for seamless #exploration of global data, allowing users to easily navigate through categories and filters. Our approach helped the Forum deliver a product that appeals to both expert users, such as journalists, researchers, and policymakers, and casual users, such as curious citizens, younger students, and teachers. 🌱 While global gender parity is still a long way off, we are very proud of another great result of our ongoing partnership with the Forum, one that is sure to shape the global conversation on gender parity and #women's #empowerment, and—we hope—inspire positive #change around the world. 🔙 Last month, we had the honor of unveiling "The Shape of Data" #exhibition in collaboration with BMS Progetti, a leader in integrated design of major building projects. ✨ At Accurat, we specialize in transforming complex #data into #insights and #beauty. Data is not just numerical information to us; it tells a #story. This exhibition embodies that belief, merging #engineering precision with artistic expression. We’re proud to see our work displayed as large-scale prints and video installations at BMS Progetti HQ in Milan, making the invisible visible and the complex beautifully simple. 🙏🏽 We are grateful to Riccardo Maria Romani and the BMS Progetti team for this opportunity. During the exhibition opening, we had the pleasure of hearing from Ferruccio Resta, who shared his quantitative analysis, and Francesco Martelli, who offered a historical and cultural perspective. Curated by digital art researcher Dr. Antonio Geusa, the exhibition restores the old building Scoletta dell’Arte dei Tiraoro e Battioro to its original role as an informal school — gold threads and leaves replaced by lines of code and audio-visual artefacts. Yet, the learning process is nothing but conventional. The visitors are invited to grasp the most important skill — of looking at, contemplating, and enjoying digital art oeuvres.
