About
Starting in September 2024, the Institute of Education at HSE University (Russia) in partnership with universities of six countries launches the regular International PhD Seminar in Education. The seminar aims to build an international community of young researchers and connect them to recognized experts in the field of education from all over the world. The discussed topics cover all aspects and levels of education, from modern childhood to lifelong learning.
Each month, we hold one seminar using the following format:
-
Two participants representing universities from different countries present their dissertation research. We try to match speakers based on similarity of their topics.
-
Senior researchers serve as discussants and provide feedback on given presentations. Other PhD students also participate in the discussion.
-
We finish by discussing different aspects of a PhD journey.
We invite students from your university to join our community and present their research at the seminar. The seminar is arranged online.
